What Were You Doing New Years?
Billings Drive Frozen Five Results
This years BDFF was once again a success. If you volunteered, thank you, we couldn't have done it without you. If you raced, thank you for participating. If you've raced it in previous years we're sure you'll agree it was much nicer having the new start area at the Billings Park Community Center. We apologize for the Timing and Scoring delays, next year we will have the bugs worked out. In this issue of COGG Talk you will find the BDFF official results. If you didn't stay to receive your trophy, you can pick it up at Superior Sports, 310 Belknap St. in Superior. Thank you again for help or participation.
The 1st annual COGGS New Years Day ride was a great success. About 7 COGGS members enjoyed a great ride on the single-track at Hartley. Most of the riders were prepared with studded tires to face the ice, but besides the frozen pond, the trails were hard packed snow. Everyone had a blast and agreed that this will be an annual event. Thanks to Ross Fraboni for leading the ride.
