COGGS was started in 1994 when the Superior Bikers and the North Star Bike Club combined. We are dedicated to serving the needs of the bicycling community in Northern Minnesota and Wisconsin. COGGS is a non/profit incorporated club.
We are members of IMBA (International Mountain Bike Association), MORC (Minnesota Off Road Cyclists) and CAMBA (Chequamegon Area Mountain Bike Association).
Membership Yearly Costs/Dues: - $20.00 - Regular Membership
- $15.00 - Student Membership
- $30.00 - Family Membership
- $ 5.00 - Daily Membership (no benefits)
- $100.00 - Corporate Membership
Membership benefits include: One (1) item of COGGS apparel, One (1) Vote at Membership Meetings, Access to the COGGS email list, COGGTALK (COGGS Newsletter), and admittance to all COGGS rides, celebrations and trail-work days.
Family Memebrships receive the same benefits as regular members with the following exceptions: Two (2) items of COGGS apparel and Two (2) Votes at Membership Meetings.

Club Rides: The Tuesday mountain bike ride starts at 6:00 P.M. from May through September (possibly longer) at Mont-Du-Lac Ski Area. Cost is $5.00 to non-members.
Now under new ownership, this trail at Mont du Lac is open to riders seven days a week. When the weather and trail conditions permit, of course. Please visit Mont du Lac Recreation at www.skimontdulac.com for further information.
